Emery Sheer is a Senior Partner in Berenfeld Spritzer Shechter & Sheer's Business Management and Advisory Group. He helps individual and business clients manage, protect and increase their wealth. Trained as a performing artist, Mr. Sheer applies his accounting and financial asset management skills to the portfolios of athletes, actors, musicians, stage and screen directors, entertainers, business owners and other high net worth individuals. Sheer is viewed by clients as a trusted business partner and personal family advisor.

He assists clients in a full range of accounting and business management services, including: Business development and strategic planning, contract negotiations, fund-raising, investment and insurance advice, negotiations of real estate, property purchases, and sales, outsourced accounting services, tax and financial planning.

Additionally, Sheer is experienced in litigation support and not-for-profit organizations. He has served as an expert witness in cases involving business valuations.

Sheer is very active in national and state organizations, including positions on the following prestigious boards: Baptist Health System Foundation, Doctors Hospital Foundation, The Beacon Experience, Friends of WLRN Radio & Television, including Finance & Audit Committee, and The Rock Foundation.

Sheer is registered with the SEC as an Investment Advisor. He is licensed by the Florida Department of Insurance in the areas of health, life and variable annuities. Mr. Sheer is a Yellow Book-approved auditor for governmental entities and is listed in the United Who's Who Registry Among Executives and Professionals (2005 edition). He is a member of the Virtuosi Society of "Symphony of the Americas" and is an Executive Producer of "Theater of War" starring Meryl Streep.
